We are seeking a dynamic and experienced G Manager to lead the launch and expansion of our hospitality and hotel chain start-up. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in hotel operations, business development, and brand positioning. The ideal candidate will drive the overall growth, profitability, and success of the company by implementing effective operational strategies, optimizing guest experiences, and ensuring financial performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership & Business Development
- Develop and execute the business strategy to establish and grow the hotel chain.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and investment prospects.
- Lead the expansion plan, including site selection, contract negotiation, and pre-opening activities.
- Build brand awareness and ensure consistent positioning in the hospitality market.
Operations & Guest Experience
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations to ensure service excellence and efficiency.
- Implement high-quality hospitality standards, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international hospitality regulations.
Financial & Revenue Management
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Implement pricing strategies, cost controls, and revenue management techniques to maximize profitability.
- Drive cost optimization while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
Talent Management & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team across multiple locations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and customer-centric service.
- Implement effective performance management and employee engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel chain operations or start-ups.
- Proven track record in launching, scaling, and managing hotel operations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and revenue optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a hands-on approach.
